Erasmus+ 2021-2027 International Credit Mobility Training Staff Mobility for Academic Personnel Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy
TTPU has announced a call for Erasmus+ Staff mobility for training of Politecnico di Torino (for the 2023-2024 a.y.)
- Application Date: 22.04.2024 – 06.05.2024
- Announcement of Final Results: 13.05.2024
- The number of quotas allocated for participation in the mobility program in 2023-2024 is 4 Academic Staff members (Dr., Associate Professor, Lecturer)
- Mobility period is 5 business days (excluding 2 travel days) per staff member

Funding rules
Individual & Travel Support for Participants
Every participant will receive a mobility grant composed of subsistence support according to the length of stay (in days).
Individual support: EUR 160/day
Travel support: EUR 820 (According to the European distance calculator https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/distance-calculator) the distance band indicated is 4000-7999 km, which corresponds to EUR 820 for travel support)
Note: PoliTO will pay the full amount to a bank account in Italy or abroad. Payment will be done after arrival of the participant in Torino. The payment will take some weeks and it is likely that the participant receives it after the end of the mobility period. Therefore, the participant is responsible for all travel arrangements to prepare for the mobility.
Selection
A dedicated Commission will evaluate applications and the results of the selection will be announced on May 13, 2024.
TTPU ACADEMIC PERSONNEL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
- Academic experience at TTPU (max.9 points)
< 1 year: 0 point
1- 2 years: 1 point
2-3 years: 3 points
3-5 years: 5 points
5-7 years: 7 points
> 7 years: 9 points
- Seniority Score: Years of service (professional internship/teaching experience) in higher education will be taken into account (max.10 points)
20 years and above 10 points
15-19 years 8 points
10 – 14 years 6 points
5 -9 years 4 points
0-4 years 2 points
- Candidates with special needs: Personnel with disability shall be awarded +10 points
Note: The statement from a doctor or other relevant authority confirming the special needs should be submitted to room 503 during the application period.
- Participation in research/development/conclusion of agreements to establish TTPU as a green university (+5 points for each option)
Note: The contribution must be in place before the application date specified in the announcement.
- In order to prioritize those who have not taken part in mobility within the scope of the Erasmus+ ICM programs, the total score of the personnel who have previously benefited from the Staff Teaching and Staff Training Programme shall be gradually reduced as following:
For each previous participation in the Erasmus Staff Mobility programs: -5 points
- Meeting the language criteria shared below:+10 points
English language proficiency certificate – min B2 level
Evaluation: Evaluation will be done by adding the points according to the criteria mentioned above.
Note: Ranking shall be made starting from the candidate with the highest score to the candidate with the lowest score, with merit and waiting lists being formed
