On November 1, Christian Soemmer, President and Managing Director of GM International, along with Vice President of Global Procurement and Supply Chain at GM International and GM South America, Johnny Saldanha and Bo Andersson, CEO of UzAuto Motors, visited the university to familiarize themselves with the educational process.During the visit, they showed interest in holding a meeting with university students.Further plans and current problems were discussed. The students asked the questions they were interested in.The issue of the problem with semiconductors for cars was also raised, to which Mr.Soemmer replied that we will quickly resolve this issue.

During the meeting at Pittsburg state university, the parties agreed to launch "2+2" program on Automotive engineering starting from September 2022.The "2+2" program on Marketing and Management has been agreed with the Kelce College of Business. On November 3, presidential elections were held for the Students' Union of the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. Six candidates ran for the presidency from different courses. For several days, candidates talked and showed their ideas at a presentation attended by members of the university administration and students. The voting revealed the following:Mamatov Jaloliddin: 31.5%Koriev Amirkhan: 18.4%Azizov Abdujalil: 7.3%Abdullaeva Layla: 16.7%Hamraev Aziz: 2.3%Jaloliddinov Zuhriddin: 22.8% Voting was anonymous and the vote count was transparent. On October 21, Hiroaki KAWABATA, Vice-President, Director, and Professor of Aichi Prefectural University, Japan, also visited the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent during his visit as an observer of the Presidential election of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the visit, Mr.KAWABATA got acquainted with the activities of the university campus and agreed on future cooperation. During the meeting, an agreement was reached on the establishment of scientific cooperation between professors and teachers and the implementation of a student exchange program for students of "Information Technology".
