Hexagon Metrology koordinatlarni o’lchash uskunasi

 

    Ushbu uskunadan perpendikulyarlik, parallellik, tekislik, sirt shakli og’ishi singari qismlarning geometrik parametrlarini o’lchash orqali mahsulot sifatini 2,5 mikron aniqlikda nazorat qilish uchun foydalaniladi.

 

FARO Laser Scan koordinatlarni o’lchash asbobi

 

 Qismlarning 3 o’lchovli modelini olish va 150 mikron aniqlikdagi mahsulot sifatini nazorat qilish uchun qo’llaniladi.

CAD / CAM / CAE CENTER

CAD-CAM-CAE o’quv markazi CAD-CAM dasturlari bilan ishlash bo’yicha mutaxassislarni tayyorlaydi.  O’quv kurslari texnologiya bo’limlari, sanoat korxonalarining asbob-uskuna ishlab chiqarish, CAD bo’limlar mutaxassislarini tayyorlash, qayta tayyorlash va malakasini oshirish uchun mo’ljallangan.

 

O’quv kurslari keng qamrovli dasturlar asosida olib boriladi. O’qish jarayonida quyidagi dasturlardan foydalaniladi: Unigraphics (NX), CimatronE, AutoCAD, 3DSMAX, SolidWorks, CATIA V5, SolidEdge, Ansys, COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB LABORATORY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE DEPARTMENT

Toshkent shahridagi Turin politexnika universiteti qurilish va arxitektura kafedrasi zaruriy asbob-uskunalar bilan to’liq jihozangan laboratoriyaga ega. 2020 yilda laboratoriyada Italiyadan keltirilgan yangi zamonaviy sinov instrumentlari o’rnatildi.  Mazkur asboblar yordamida qurilish materiallarining fizik va mexanik xususiyatlarini aniq baholash mumkin.    

Xususan, laboratoriyada talabalar quyidagilar bo’yicha turli tajribaarni o’tkazishlari mumkin:

  • Har xil turdagi betonlarning bosim kuchini baholash
  • Beton va armatura mustahkamlik kuchi darajasini sinash
  • Tuproq namunalarini tekshirish, jumladan namlik, o’ziga xos tortishish kuchi, elak va gidrometr tahlil qilish
  • Raqamli suyuqlik chegarasi penetrometri asbobi yordamida tuproq va namlikning siljish kuchini aniqlash
  • Ko’priklar, shiftlar yoki har qanday osma inshootlarning burilish o’lchovlarini aniqlash
  • Kaltsiy karbonat (CaCO3)ni, ayniqsa, turli jinslarda, xususan ohaktosh va ohak mergelida  Gasometer Dietrich-Früling uskunasi yordamida aniqlash

Bundan tashqari, laboratoriyada Leica TS06, GeoMax Zipp10 Pro/Zoom40 series, Leica Sprinter 50 Digital Auto Level, GARMIN 64s GPS singari zamonaviy yer o’lchash asboblari va boshqa ehtiyot qismlari mavjud. Ushbu vositalar talabalarga amaliy tajriba o’tkazish imkonini beradi va olingan nazariy bilimlarini real xolatda amaliyot bilan mustahkamlash imkoniyatini beradi.

Talabalar quyidagi sohalarga oid turli tajribalarni o’tkazishlari mumkin:

  • Yerdagi tabiiy, qurilish inshootlaridan boshqarish nuqtalarini to’plash, va o’rtasidan kesich hamda qayta qismlarga ajratish usulari yordamida uning koordinatlarini hisoblash
  • AutoCADyoki GIS muhitini boshqarish nuqtalarini o’rnatish va zamonaviy xaritalar va rejalarni ishlab chiqarish
  • Trigonometrik, profil, differentsial, o’zaro va teskari darajadagi o’lchovlarni amalga oshirish

Kompyuter laboratoriyasida talabalar MicroSurvey STAR*NET  dasturidan foydalangan xolda nazorat nuqtalari to’plamini eng kichik kvadratlar bo’yicha tuzatishlarni amalga oshirish.   Laboratoriya, shuningdek fotosuratlar yoki raqamli fotosuratlar yordamida yer yuzi yoki uning sirtida joylashgan joylarni aniqlash uchun ishonchli bo’lgan fotogrammetrik o’lchovlarni amalga oshirishga mo’ljallangan.

Hexagon Metrology coordinate measuring machine

 

    It is used to control product quality by measuring the geometric parameters of parts such as perpendicularity, parallelism, flatness, surface shape deviation with an accuracy of 2.5 microns.

 Used to obtain a 3-dimensional model of parts, and product quality control with an accuracy of 150 microns.

The CAD-CAM-CAE Training Center provides training for specialists in working with CAD-CAM programs. Training courses are intended for the training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in technology departments, tool production of industrial enterprises, CAD departments.

 

Courses are conducted on the basis of comprehensive programs. Used software products: Unigraphics (NX), CimatronE, AutoCAD, 3DSMAX, SolidWorks, CATIA V5, SolidEdge, Ansys, COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB

The Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture at the Turin polytechnic university in Tashkent has well-equipped laboratories. In 2020, Laboratory enriched its capacity with new modern testing instruments from Italy. With these instruments the physical and mechanical properties of construction materials can be accurately evaluated.

Particularly, in laboratory, students can carry various experiments regarding:

  • Assessment of compressive strength of various type of concretes
  • Testing the tensile strength of concrete and rebars
  • Testing of soil samples, including moisture content, specific gravity, sieve & hydrometer analysis
  • Determination of shear strength of soil and moisture content by using digital liquid limit penetrometer instrument
  • Measurements of the deflection of bridges, ceilings or any suspended structures
  • Determination of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) especially in various rocks particularly limestone and lime marl by using Gasometer Dietrich-Früling

Moreover, laboratory has a modern land surveying instruments, total stations Leica TS06, GeoMax Zipp10 Pro/Zoom40 series, Leica Sprinter 50 Digital Auto Level, GARMIN 64s GPS and its all other components. These instruments give to student hands-on experience and strengthen obtained theoretical knowledge by practice in real field.

Students can carry various experiments regarding:

  • Collecting control points from earth natural, building structures and calculate its coordinates with intersection and resection methods
  • Setting out a control points to AutoCAD or GIS environment and producing up-to-date maps and plans
  • Conducting the trigonometric, profile, differential, reciprocal and inverted staff levelling measurements

Inside the computer laboratory, students can perform rigorous least Squares adjustments of set of control points by using MicroSurvey STAR*NET software.  Laboratory is also designed to conduct photogrammetric surveying such as making reliable measurements using photographs or digital photo imagery to locate features on or above the surface of the earth.
