On November 1, Christian Soemmer, President and Managing Director of GM International, along with Vice President of Global Procurement and Supply Chain at GM International and GM South America, Johnny Saldanha and Bo Andersson, CEO of UzAuto Motors, visited the university to familiarize themselves with the educational process.During the visit, they showed interest in holding a meeting with university students.Further plans and current problems were discussed. On November 3, presidential elections were held for the Students' Union of the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. Six candidates ran for the presidency from different courses. For several days, candidates talked and showed their ideas at a presentation attended by members of the university administration and students.
